Configuring ITSM Mobile App - Incident Creation

We would like to remove Company and Service from the ITSM Mobile Agent - Incident creation screen. I cannot find documentation on how to make these screen choices inactive on mobile.  Any help is appreciated. Thank you.

You can try to open the mobile UI Builder and find the ITSM Launcher. There you can find and remove the fields you want to

Not familiar with UI Builder. I could not find the variant to change or copy. I tried several application scopes like Mobile studio or Service Catalog for mobile but no variant is listed in any of them to change. Just blank to create. I will look into a online course or video in case I am missing how to use/search. Thank you.

Hello,

Open the ITSM agnet app in studio,

The find the Action Item -> Create Incident and open it

Once Opened scroll to the bottom you will find all the Parameters(fields) configured

Just delete the fields which you don't want
