Hi
Working within Field Service Mobile, I have a requirement to show the current "agent_status" of the logged in the user. The mobile app users will change their status either manually through a quick action or automatically when starting on a work order task. My idea have been to use the Launcher Header Title as a way to display this information, but I have been unable to access this information in the Launcher Header Title's variables I have made.
Essentially my question is, how do I show specific data in the Launcher Header Title?

I have tried following the logic of the link you provided but only been able to access the username (first name & last name). I have not been able to access other data on the user record besides that, which is what i want to do (specifically the "agent_status")
