How to enable critical alert feature in now agent app

Hi,

Im working on now agent app im follow the documentation Enabling critical alerts

but unable to find how to enable this critical alert feature by system administrator.

I have tried all the other steps and am unable to achieve the critical alert feature for now agent app.

Please help me with the above

If following the steps don't work for you, you can just create a Push Notification from you criteria:

- Navigate to "System Notification -> Push -> Push Notifications"

- Confingure the trigger Table

- Configure under which criteria will be send

- Configure the targets

- Configure the Message to receive

 

 

Is basically creating the notification manually that will appear as a message in the mobile, you can read more documentation:

Hi thanks for suggestion, but we are trying to enable critical alert(alerts critical notification when phone is on Dont not disturb or silent mode), we have also tried doing what u suggested it just triggers a normal notification for mobile not critical alert .
