Converting from Now Classic to New Now Mobile App

My company is in the works on converting from the classic mobile app to the new mobile app since it will be discontinued soon. I'm in charge of the research and I have some questions about someone who may have already converted over.

  1. What does it take to implement to the new app?
  2. We haven't upgraded yet but I was hoping to get some tips on who has recently and what problems did you run in to during the process?
  3. Are there any limitations?
  4. What new features did you come across that you implemented to use for your company?

From my personal experience:

1. It depends how customized your instance is. Maybe it would be enough to just install Plugins from the ServiceNow Store?

2-3. Some information could be obtained here - Mobile - Considerations before implementation. There are also some limitations in the native environment which still have not been handled - like Client Scripts for example;

4. I personally liked mobile reports and calendars.
