Copy / Clone mobile app configuration

Hi,

is there a way to create a copy of a mobile app configuration (for example, "Mobile Agent"), including all of the components that are below it in the hierarchy? So, Nav bar, launcher screens, screen segments, data items, cards, and so on.

We have a few different usecases for our mobile agent app, and initially thought that we'd want to separate the content by having multiple mobile app configurations, which will have different role restrictions. To start off, we wanted to basically clone the standard mobile agent app configuration two times, and develop seperately on those configurations - but as it turns out, there doesn't seem to be an easy solution for "Clone this mobile app config with all objects below it".

Am I missing something?

Hi Max,

There is no magic pill here, you need to clone everything from the top to the bottom.

If you want to base your developments on an OOtB product like ITSM Mobile Agent, I also recommend checking the article about Application Customization.

Looks also like an idea for the Idea Portal.
