I have created a new screen in a section of Mobile Agent, the screen is visible in the mobile properly but when i open any record inside it the record is not opening (the record is not clickable). Can anyone help on it.
Actions:
From My Cases > My Group Cases - Unassigned > List view of records (After clicking any record it is not opening)
