Now Agent App

We are currently in the process of implementing the Now Agent application, and I am wondering what other companies are doing when they went through the process.

Our main focus is on:

  • Incident
  • Requests / Requested Item / Catalog Tasks
  • Service Catalog
  • Knowledge
  • Searching capabilities, etc.

Has anyone implemented the Demand and Project tables, and saw benefit from it?

We want to eventually implement the Change Request table, but may be a part of a later phase.

 

Other than what I mentioned, does anyone see any benefit of another table in the mobile app?
