Design a Service Catalog Task form view on now mobile app.

Hi,

I need advice on designing SCTASK form view (native) for Now Mobile.

I tried adding catalog item variables on mobile view but it looks very messy.

Our your needs to access SCTASK form via Now Mobile app and update various fields including catalog task variables and close the task.

I have tried utilizing web view to load SCTASK form but it included platform view App Navigator and Banner.

Any suggestions or reference to improve end user experience on mobile with this type of forms will be highly appreciated.

Hi Afsar,

I think in this case you need to create a native form, because mesp will be suitable for record producers or other types of SP content, and not for the portal forms.

Thanks you for your suggestion.

I am facing some issues with native form for sc_task on Now Mobile.

We have multiple processes which utilise sc_task and has different catalog variables.

End users need to input values for those variables and close the sc_task from App.

I have build a dynamic applet which is used for all processes.

It lists sc_task based on dynamic query(passed by Dashboard previews and reports filter).

I am not sure whether this dynamic applet will help or I will have to create different applets for each specific process sc_task.

Any suggestion on this as per best practices will be great.
