Hi All,
I've been super excited once I learned how to open Service Portal pages from within Mobile App, however I've struggled with how to handle Email URLs to open within the app. Hoping someone may have insights. Here is my current setup:
1. Mobile Module has Path = /sp/?id=approvals - Path to Relative Root = True
This works great, Mobile module icons will open up the Service Portal page as expected.
When I go to Mobile UI over Desktop Browser (instance/$m.do/) I can see that the URL is simply instance.com/sp/?id=approvals
However, if I send an email with that URL and it is opened on mobile device with app installed - it simply goes to Mobile App homepage.
Anyone know the proper URL command to open a Service Portal page from within the Mobile App? I am fine to have two buttons (Open in browser | Open in App) - But I cant figure out what the open in App URL might be?

If you make a SP page and reference it directly in the mobile, I thought it opens up in the mobile app (current as of 2018-11-05). Eg> /sp?id=my_page will open that in the mobile.

were you able to solve this problem? I have an email notification that goes to a user and want it to open in NOW Mobile instead of a browser.
