Enable one-tap editing for incidents on Mobile Agent

Hello,

I want to let fulfillers change values of incidents fields on Mobile Agent by simply tapping the field, and not by selecting three dots -> Edit.

Is there such an option? Can I configure one?

Hi @Ron161,

It's used for editing/updating the fields by tapping the button/function.
