I need to implement a knowledge article approval process for NowMobile. Currently, there is no out-of-the-box (OOTB) solution available for NowMobile after setting up the detail screen for knowledge articles. I'm facing a challenge because the sysapproval_approver table does not reference knowledge articles for approvals.
What is the best approach to retrieve knowledge article details from a table for approval? Would using a database view be a suitable option?
Are there any alternative methods to display knowledge approval details on NowMobile?
