How to redirect SSO users right to the External Login Prompt and Customize the External Login Prompt

Hi All,

Our users will be confused with the way mobile login works.  We would like to resolve this by:

1.  Having the External Login Prompt be the default, so the user does not have to click on External log in.

2. Customizing the above prompt to make more sense to our users:

We have SSO enabled, and we are not forcing local login.

Can the above be done?

Hi Prateek,

Changing the message record was very helpful. For the page redirect, the article is for service portal. I'm trying to get this to work on Mobile.   I'm starting to think this is not posiabble.
