I think Visual Studio has some iOS emulators available out of the box for Xamarin (if you are familiar with this of course).

Hello Michael, The platform does not have an emulator inbuilt (yet), you may want to keep an eye on the Mobile app builder as we may see an emulator incorporated in there in a future release.
If you are looking for something that can mimic a mobile screen on the desktop, you can use Android Studio or Apple x-code for that.
