How to search for a user using the user id instead of the user name in now mobile (UI Parameter)?

I am creating a new function in which the incident caller is requested, for this I have created the following UI Parameter:

Currently it is a list that allows me to search the list through the name of the users, how could I change that instead of searching by name I can search by email or user id? The issue is that there can be users that have the same name and there is no possibility to differentiate them.

Any help is greatly appreciated, we want this to apply only in Mobile.

You have to use the Mobile App Builder, please check if the application you are creating can be accessed from this view:

And most importantly, when a field appears from this interface, you have the opportunity to use "card views" which you must create that contains both the name and email, user ID or any field you need, that way you can search for that field and the name, here I leave a document of the Mobile card builder.
