Hi,

You could achieve this by replicating the OOB My Locker. In this example I used the OOB record producer for reporting a defect.

1. Create a URL applet and add this link: /mesp?id=sc_cat_item&sys_id=<your_sys_id>

2. Navigate to System Mobile > Applet Launcher > Services, and in the Body tab create a new Icon or Item section, depending on what is the desired look.

3. Add in the applet you created at step 1 and configure the section to achieve the desired look.

The result should be your record producer being visible in the Services tab.

This is how the record producer looks on the portal and inside the Now app:

Make it part of any category like software , application access etc... so that people will reach to them after navigating through categories

thank you for your reply. but is there any other way except adding it to category? if i do this then on our service portal, the design would not be as per the requirement of the customer

Go to Navigation under now mobile and then create one new for "report an incident"... However, if you want to understand how to configured it then check the example of any existing one .... it will be difficult to replicate but give a try
