I have some questions about setting up counts in the Service Portal header menu.



A user has created a request in the Service Portal.

The manager is asked to approve the request.

A count appears next to the approval in the manager's Service Portal header.



The manager has approved the request.

But I don't see a count next to the request in the requestor's Service Portal header.



How can I get the counts to appear?





I have another question.



A user creates an incident.

The incident is updated with information by the operator.

Or the operator asks for more information with additional comments.



But I don't see a count next to the incident in the header of the user's service portal.



How can I get the counts to show up?

Hi @wada2 

You will need to make use of "recordWatch" to have a real time count update done for your menu items defined on the header.
