Incident direct url is accessible through desktop but not through mobile browser

Hi Team,
We are facing an issue where a incident url:
is accessible through desktop browser
But the same is not opening on the mobile browser but redirects to home
For the first time is connects to the login page where the user needs to provide the login credentials but later on once the session is establishes it still redirects to the home page
It is happening on mobile devices as well as if we emulate the desktop browser as a mobile browser the issue can be replicated
The source of the issue is from a user's custom created tableau dashboard where the datasource is not ServiceNow so they are not receiving the Sys_id but only the incident number and updating the url by dynamically adding the incident number at the end.
When accessed from desktop it is working but when the same link is access from mobile it fails.
