Making a checklist available in offline mode

Hello, I have a checklist for fulfillers on incident forms.

On Mobile Agent, I added a 'Checklist' tab (Details screen) through Mobile App Builder.

When fulfillers turn offline mode on, the checklist becomes greyed out (screenshot attached).
I tried to configure a function and a function instance for toggling checklist items true/false but the checklist remains greyed out.

I believe I'm missing a way to locally store the checklist_items table on cache when fulfillers toggles offline mode on, and I didn't find a way to do so.

How is your Checklist tab implemented? As Details screen sys_sg_details_screen?

If yes, there is field Available offline that needs to be checked.

The screenshot I attached previously shows a greyed out checklist in offline mode, even though 'Available offline' set to true on MAB (attached).

Have you figured it out? 

I created testing checklist in my PDI (Zurich) and it is not greyed out offline.

What version is your instance on?

Another thing I noticed - your records are in Global, and my testing records (segment, details screen and checklist field) are in ITSM Mobile Agent scope).
