Mobile Agent Function's UI Parameters Client Scrips and UI Policy Possible?

In Utah. 

 

I have a Quick Link Action Function to create an Incident. 

This function has UI Parameters to gather input from the end user.  These link back to fields within incident, text, reference, choice etc.  All this works fine.  Creating the incident works great.

However I'm to mimic a client script on the native platform that makes two fields mandatory based on the choice made in the Category field.

 

As there does not seem to be a persistent input form or card where can I handle the above functionality?
