Hi All,
does anyone know how I can block to connect on the normal Mobile Now App or Mobile Agent?
I want that every user in our company to install only the Intune app but if someone install the other one without intune,
is there a way to restrict it them to connect?
thanks
Elias

Hi Elias,
If the devices are MDM managed, you can use conditional access in Intune to allow approved apps only.

We're having the same issue, but we use MAM and trying to come up with a nice user facing solution so that customers won't try to log into SN Agent and error out, but be notified that they must use ServiceNow Agent-Intune.
Ideas - does anyone have a solution?

Thanks for the reply, and you mean when I do this conditional access via Intune, users wont be able to login into non-Intune ServiceNow Mobile app?
Cheers,
Elias

Unfortunately we do not have MDM Managed on our mobile, we only have MAM - Mobile App Management, so I think it wont help us.
Any other alternative to restric? maybe via Single Sign on? as we use SSO to login.
