I have a requirement to generate a deep link to open a specific knowledge article within Now Mobile. I have spent quite a bit of time already following the (limited) Mobile deep link documentation and can generate links to most of the screens within my app. However I am not able to generate a link directly to a knowledge article.
After spending a lot of time digging around what I gather is we cannot deep link directly to a knowledge article because by default Now Mobile uses Mobile Employee Service Portal (mesp) rather than a Screen. i.e. /mesp?id=me_kb_view&sys_kb_id={{sys_id}}
Is there any screen within mobile that will allow me to show a knowledge article?
