Now mobile change request approval

How to approve Change request approvals from Now Mobile.

My approvals should be present on the now mobile app, unless removed in your instance.

In Nowmobile in the option 'My Tasks', For RITMS we are having option to approve/reject. But approvers for change request are not visible. Please find the attached screen shoot

Hi Geeta,

OOTB Approvals are available for ritm and req,to add it for change request you have to create a new list item config under approval to do list stream or in ritm list item config add class name change request in condition(note this needs to be tested as columns can be different)
