There is no application visible in mobile app while login. How can i see the application and applet launcher for home page.

Hello,
It seems yyou are missing installing some OOB applications like for ITSM below
ITSM Mobile (com.sn_itsm_mobile) : Just activate it to get basics view

You will want to activate the appropriate mobile plugins. Go to System Applications -> All Available Applications -> All and pick the mobile plugin(s) you want to add
Also, you may want to verify if you are using Now Mobile (for requestors) or Now Agent (for support staff). Often those get confused.
