Hello All,
We have the issue with assigned_to in offline mode: when agent uses the reassign function (reassign incident, reassign incident task and etc) and changes the assignment_group, the assigned_to is not populated with corresponding members of newly selected group. The assigned_to is blank and no members list is provided.
It works fine in online mode, but offline - any screens that have assignment_group and assigned_to fields behaves this way: the change to assignment_group blanks assigned_to and there are no users for the group selection.
Instance is on Zurich, patch 6 hotfix 1
Has anyone had this issue?
