Hello everyone! I'm very, very new to ServiceNow to start with. I've recently tried to learn Now Mobile (System Mobile > Now Mobile App), and have tried to do so by simply playing around and swapping names, changing things and deleting things. But nothing seems to change what I see on my phone using Now Mobile with the same login I'm using on the desktop. Is there any chance I'm on the wrong instance so to say? Is there any way to tell what instance I'm on? From what I gathered, if I login with the same details on both it should be the same, but I can't seem to remove things. For example, on the desktop I removed all of the Knowledge Bases (System Mobile > Now Mobile App > Knowledge Bases) and it's now empty on the desktop, on the mobile version however, it's all still there.
I'm sure I'm using the wrong language here, but I'm hoping someone understands what I mean and maybe have some pointers for someone completely new to Mobile App and ServiceNow.
Thanks!

Hello,
When you login for the first time it would have asked for the URL and you would have put the correct URL I assume on now mobile.
Now assuming the instance is correct when you make changes in the desktop, there is a chance due to session being the same on mobile you do not see the changes immediately, so you should logout and login and then you will probably be able to see the changes which you made on desktop.
Please mark my answer as correct based on Impact.

If you're new to Now Mobile App, you might be wondering how you can tell which instance of the app you're working in. Here's a quick guide to help you out.
When you first open Now Mobile App, you'll be prompted to choose which instance you want to work in. You can either select an instance from the drop-down menu or click on the "Create a new instance" button.
Once you've selected an instance, it will be displayed at the top of the screen. The name of the instance will also appear in the top left corner of the screen. You can also tell which instance you're working on by looking at your My Now feed. If you have multiple instances, you'll see a drop-down menu next to them.
