Now mobile - E-signature

Hello,

We have issue with now mobile app after installing esignature plugin.

Now, when an approver want to reject a request, we have a message: "E-Signature is required!" and it's all. We are not prompt to enter login and password.

Any suggestions?

Hey Lom,

Your screenshots are showing the Now Mobile app as working as expected. The e-signature for approvals plugin was supported in the Classic Mobile app, but it is not currently supported in the new Mobile Platform for Now Mobile app.

Kev's configuration screenshot is actually showing how to configure e-signature for HR, which is different than e-signature or re-authentication that you are mentioning. 

We are currently looking to add the e-signature for approvals plugin support to the new Mobile Platform in Rome. This has not be confirmed yet as we are still in the planning phase.

E-signature (re-authentiation) for approvals feature is being considered for Rome. You can track the request on the Idea portal. Feel free to upvote as well if this feature is still required.
