ServiceNow Mobile - My Tasks does not show RITMs assigned to me

'My Tasks' only displays approval, but the description on docs.servicenow.com for 'My Task' is:

My Tasks: Displays approval records of requests and requested items assigned or delegated to the user.

How could I see the RITMs assigned to me in NOW Mobile? Thanks. 🙂

Hello Gale,

 

RITMs and REQs don't get assigned.  The tasks generated from them get assigned to a fulfillment group.  In terms of an approval for an RITM the approval record should show what RITM the approval is for.

Hi Gale,

You also have the capability to add new master items or update the existing condition for your RITM for how it shows up on 'My Task'

1. Left hand nav > open Now Mobile applet launcher

2. Open 'Homepage' applet launcher

3. Make sure you switch to the correct scope

4. Under body, open 'My To-Dos' applet launcher section

5. On destination screen, click on information icon to open record 'My Task' list screen

6. Open 'My To-dos' item stream segment

7. Open 'Approval to-do' Item Stream M2M segments (After opening, you can add new master items to show different records using different tables and conditions. Master items provide a pattern for data in your applet using item view JSON, and control how your data appears within a segment with table and conditions.)

8. Open 'RITM Approval Master Item'

hi , under my task, i cannot see approvals related to RITM however i have 3 approvals pending for me.
