Hi Team,
I am facing an issue with push notifications in the Now Mobile app.
When I receive a push notification on the lock screen and click on it, the app opens but it redirects to the home page instead of the specific record.
However, when I click the same notification while already inside the Now Mobile app, it correctly redirects to the record details page.
I have already configured:
Push Message Content
Push Message
Target record information in the payload
The notification is triggering correctly, but the behavior differs depending on whether the device is locked or the app is already open.
Expected behavior:
Clicking the push notification from the lock screen should open the specific record details page, not the home page.
Has anyone experienced this issue before or knows if additional configuration is required for deep linking in Now Mobile push notifications?
