Mobile web screen works according to the portal configuration, so the portal can be opened through the web screen. You cannot directly add the button from the mobile side because it is managed from the portal configuration, not the mobile application side.
As an alternative, you can use the back arrow icon for navigation. If required, customization can be done on the portal side to display the button, but that would not be considered a best practice.
