Hello Now Community,
I would like the button you can see below "Report an IT issue" to redirect me to my record producer I have in the Service Catalog. I don't find anyway to achieve this.
Please Note that I don't want to create an URL and redirect it to Service Portal, I want it to open up the record producer directly in the Now Mobile App.
