I know there is the ability to see Now Mobile reports via the User Experience Analytics dashboard. However, is it possible to build custom reports around mobile usage?
Some of the matrics I've be interested in reporting on are as follows:
- number of unique logons to mobile
- device type
- total logons via mobile
- KB articles viewed on mobile
- Requests submitted via mobile
- Now Assist VA used via mobile
Is this possible?
