Offline mode technical limitations in Mobile Agent (is it 100 records?)

Issue:

We are hitting a technical limitation in Mobile Agent regarding how much we can cache in offline mode.

We have an FSM survey (assessment) that has 130+ questions, plus the triggering WOT, parent WO & Affected CIs (loosely, 150-200 records).

 

Two questions:

  1. What are the documented technical limitations for Offline mode? (number of records, data size, etc.)
  2. Is there a better way to capture 130 questions/answers that we can then use the answers to drive follow-on business logic?

Feedback from ServiceNow:

We opened a HI ticket & SN said we have "too many questions" & we need to break up the survey, but didn't address what the technical limitation actually is.

 

Anecdotally, I spoke to a couple Mobile Agent product specialists at K24 & they told me that Offline mode only caches 100 records. I can't find these technical limitations documented anywhere.

Did you end up getting more clarity here? I am finding myself planning some changes to the mobile app, but a lot of it is trial and error.
