Hey,
Is there a way to open a reference field on a mobile agent screen?
Like you can see I have my incident displayed and I am able to open e.g. the "Assigned to" to get more information about this record. It also works for the reference fields "Caller" and "Assignement Group".
"Company", "Department" and "Configuation Item" are reference field as well but I find no possibility to add a mobile screen or mobile card to display some information about the referenced record.
Can somebody help me?
