Open a url in Now Mobile

How can I make a URL from an email to open up in Now Mobile instead of mobile browser or Now Classic?

Hi Kiran,
I think since it is an URL it should be opened in browser and the app won't be able to interpret that it seems
Not sure on this; may be you can explore on this

Hi Kiran,
You can use a URL applet template on Mobile Studio to open your URLs within the Now Mobile app.
When configuring the URL applet, you will have an option to open it up as a web-view page within the mobile app or to open it up on your mobile browser.
It is not recommended to have it open on your ServiceNow Classic app as this is an entirely different product (legacy app).
