Hi Team,
My PDI is not available since this morning. Has anyone faced this issue before? I tried reaching out to the SN support center but i cant access the portal with my personal ID.

Hello @PavanBV
The SN doesn't support PDIs.
Please check again after sometime. When was the last time you logged in?
It might have been claimed back in to the pool. You can release this instance and request for new instance

Hi @Ravi Chandra_K - I accessed it yesterday and was active throughout the day and if I remember correctly, this instance was procured after the email from SN about the PDI migration to the new DC. I released the old one that I was having till then and got this new one.

Let's hope you get your old one back if there was some work in that PDI.
