Redirect to Service catalog when I click on quick link.

When I am clicking any of the quick link as below

It is redirecting me to the popular items as below

in employee center or Service portal

But it should redirect me to Service catalog as below

I tried this. But it is not working as per the requirement.

https://<instance_url>/sp?id=sc_category

Replace instance_url with the url of your instance.
