Why is the Portal site and content in browser does not match the NowMobile app?

Hi everyone!

This is the 1st time I downloaded the NOW MOBILE app in Apple App Store and log in our production instance. I found out that the content of the Now Mobile is different from the Portal. There are a lot of missing content and functionalities in portal site that is not available in Now Mobile. Even the record producers which we use for submitting incident is not available in Now Mobile. How can we make sure that what we have in portal site is also available in Now Mobile?

Using NowMobile isn't just downloading the app and logging into your instance. It will require configuring. And the app is not just a mobile version of your instance or portal. It's completely stand alone. 

Please check on the docs/NowLearning or with your implementation partner on how to configure the app so it shows what you want to see.
