Requested Item Details on Mobile App

Hello Everyone!

 

Approver users are unable to see requested item details in ServiceNow mobile app. It is working normally with ITIL users.

 

Please let me know how to fix this.

Hi, I think I had the same issue. Open your Detail screen for approval. [sys_sg_details_screen]:
1. check TABLE: Approval [sysapproval_approver]

2. check "Screen fields" section: Form field is in format: "sysapproval.ref_sc_req_item.opened_by" or "sysapproval.ref_sc_req_item.variables" and their corresponding table is "Approval [sysapproval_approver]"
