ServiceNow Agent mobile app - Favorites

Community Alums
Not applicable

Hi Community,

I recently rolled out the ServiceNow Agent app to our support team and they love it however, they liked the Favorites that is available in the Classic Mobile app.  I would like to add the same thing to the ServiceNow Agent app but I'm not finding any documentation or community post about it.

Has anyone added the Favorites functionality to the ServiceNow Agent app?

Thanks!

Hi Michael, we know that's a popular feature in the Classic app, but unfortunately it's not built into the Agent app yet. We are looking at releasing a similar if not improved Favorites feature in the next couple of releases for all our apps.

Hi @Victor Chen!

Was this ever released in Quebec? Or does this look more likely to feature in Rome?

Thank you,
Daniel

Yes, in Quebec we released mobile Saved Views: https://docs.servicenow.com/bundle/quebec-mobile/page/administer/tablet-mobile-ui/task/saved-views-u...

This allows users to save, or "favorite", screens in the mobile app.

Hi Victor,

Is there the capability, like with favorites, to have saved pages in common with the web application and Now Mobile?

Thanks,

John

That option is no longer available. It was logged as an Idea but is now closed due to insufficient votes:

Hi Michael,

To add to this -- having personalized applet launchers (New York and beyond) was to help replace favorite feature that was available on Classic as well as mobile in Madrid.

The concept is similar -- for applet launchers you just make sure to display the most-relevant applets at the top of your screen. And you can apply roles to control visibility of applets based on different personas so applets only display to relevant users.

Best,

David
