ServiceNow Agent mobile app - Favorites

Hi Community,

I recently rolled out the ServiceNow Agent app to our support team and they love it however, they liked the Favorites that is available in the Classic Mobile app.  I would like to add the same thing to the ServiceNow Agent app but I'm not finding any documentation or community post about it.

Has anyone added the Favorites functionality to the ServiceNow Agent app?

Hi Michael, we know that's a popular feature in the Classic app, but unfortunately it's not built into the Agent app yet. We are looking at releasing a similar if not improved Favorites feature in the next couple of releases for all our apps.

Hi David,

 

I guess the best part of the Favorites section of the Now Classic app was that users could manage their own filters - it was like being able to create your own little data models. I think this is what most users would be missing with Now Agent.

I know a few people used to set items as favorites in the instance and then access it from their mobile to be able to carry out quick tasks.  

Is there any way we can configure this?
