ServiceNow Mobile Agent shows "No applications defined Contact your administrator"

ServiceNow Mobile Agent shows "No applications defined Contact your administrator", however, I cannot find anything in the docs suggesting the mobile agent is not configured.

I am using a dev instance from the portal, and both the itil user and the admin user get the same message and trying to complete this tutorial.

Any thoughts?

Hi Georgia,

This is happening because the OOB plugins are not installed in the new application.

For example, you can activate the below plugin.

ITSM Mobile (com.sn_itsm_mobile)

Another plugin is :
Field Service Mobile (com.sn_fsm_mobile)

If you think this is answered correctly you can put this as Correct Answer to close the thread.

That was it! Thank you!

Hello everyone, I also present the same problem in our instances, currently I have configured some application menus in the Classic application, but after having activated the 3 plugins, and logged in the agent application I still do not see any configuration or menu.

Any additional information would be greatly appreciated.

Regards.

I'm getting the same error message on one of our non-prod madrid instances, I've installed the ITSM mobile plugin, but still nothing appearing in the Agent App.

I suspect that somewhere on upgrading to Madrid we've made or not made a configuration setting decision that has prevented us using the Agent app, but for the life of me I can't figure out what as there's no documentation on the Docs site that gives any indication that you can block the agent app other than by disabling the mobile applications (which we have not done).
