ServiceNow Mobile Agent shows "No applications defined Contact your administrator", however, I cannot find anything in the docs suggesting the mobile agent is not configured.
I am using a dev instance from the portal, and both the itil user and the admin user get the same message and trying to complete this tutorial.
Any thoughts?

Hi Georgia,
This is happening because the OOB plugins are not installed in the new application.
For example, you can activate the below plugin.
ITSM Mobile (com.sn_itsm_mobile)
Another plugin is :
Field Service Mobile (com.sn_fsm_mobile)
If you think this is answered correctly you can put this as Correct Answer to close the thread.

I had the same issue even though ITSM Mobile (com.sn_itsm_mobile) and Field Service Mobile (com.sn_fsm_mobile) were activated.
I found that there is another inactive plugin that held the applications and configurations for the apps to function.
ServiceNow NowMobile App Screens and Applet Launcher (com.glide.mobile-employee)
Cheers!

Hi Jacob,
The ITSM Mobile + Field Service mobile plugins are for ServiceNow Agent client. (Typically admins will install the ITSM mobile plugin to get their ServiceNow Agent app up and running)
The ServiceNow NowMobile App Screens and Applet Launcher (com.glide.mobile-employee) is the primary plugin to enable the Now Mobile client.

Hope that helps!

This guide however does not mention the necessary roles nor the plugins (like com.sn_itsm_mobile) to activate ?
