Stuck notification on iOS Now Mobile app

I am on iOS 17.2 and have the latest version of the Now Mobile app. I cannot seem to clear the stuck "1" notification on the app icon. There are no notifications to clear in the app and I have tried rebooting my phone, updating iOS and the Now app, and signing out and back in.

We're having the same issues with both Agent v 20.0.0 and Mobile v 19.5.1 on iOS.  Apps have been completely re-installed, and devices rebooted.  The only way to remove them is to turn off badge notifications on the app.  This is occurring on each Instance we have Sandbox, Dev and Prod.  Has anyone come up with a solution.

Mine eventually cleared - it was several months, not sure if it was an iOS update; but the notification icons no longer persist on my device.
