Unable to see Mobile App Builder configuration in ServiceNow Agent / Now Mobile (Zurich PDI)

I am working on a ServiceNow PDI (Zurich version) and trying to configure a simple mobile experience using Mobile App Builder.

What I have done:

  1. Created a Mobile App Config:

    • Type: Agent

    • Navigation bar: Mobile Agent

    • Access control type: (tried both "None" and "User roles")

    • Active: True

  2. Created a screen in Mobile App Builder:

    • Type: List

    • Table: Incident

    • Condition: Assigned to = Me

  3. Added the screen to the Mobile App Config navigation.

  4. Installed and logged into both:

    • ServiceNow Agent app

    • Now Mobile app

Expected Result:

I should see at least one application and the configured screen in the mobile app.

Actual Result:

  • In Agent app → “No Application defined, Please contact your administrator”

  • In Now Mobile → Only default incident-related items visible, not my custom configuration

What I already tried:

  • Changed Access Control to None

  • Logged out and logged back into mobile apps

  • Cleared app cache / restarted app

  • Verified config is Active

Questions:

  1. Do we need to explicitly link Mobile App Config to users or roles in Zurich PDI?

  2. Is additional plugin activation required to see custom apps in Agent/Now Mobile?

  3. Is there any step missing between Mobile App Builder and Mobile App Config assignment?

Any guidance or checklist to correctly expose a Mobile App Builder configuration in mobile apps would be helpful.

As far I can understand your issue, you can try one thing and confirm if it works

Set the order for your new config to lowest, then check for the same in agent app only as you have selected the type as agent.

You can also try creating new config for request type, and set the order to minimum compared to existing request type configs, then check for the now mobile app.

If issue still persist, reply here will try helping you out of this issue.

In which application scope have you configured these Mobile App Builder configurations?

Try to remove Access Controls and check it once that works or not?

 

If you want to reflect your configurations in Now Mobile, then your Application Scope should be "Now Mobile". If it's configurations in Mobile Agent, then your Application Scope should be "Field Service Mobile".
