Hello Everyone,
We have installed ITSM Mobile Agent. When I open any approval for RITM under "My Work", it's not showing variables under "Details" section of the approval. Not only variables, it's not showing other details as well such as opened by, requested for etc. When I see "Details" screen configuration for ITSM mobile agent, I see everything is configured correctly. What could be the issue?

Yes, there was an issue with OOB configuration. You need to change table from sc_req_item to sysapproval_approver in the below link:
