In Now mobile app , while creating a new incident by using quick actions category , sub category is not visible, i have added category and subcategory through ui parameters, But the choice fields in category and sub category choice fields are not visible in Now mobile .

Hi suneel,
Please follow the below steps to create the category and subcategory or any fields in Now mobile.
1. Open the Application on studio and under Action Items module select the Action Item that you created.
It will look like below screen. On set Fields Values section need to map all the fields that you created.
2. To map the fields as above screen, first you need to create those fields(Data parameters) using the related list New button as shown below screen.
3.After creation and mapped of the Data parameters as mentioned above, Open Functions ->Actions-> select the action that created as shown below screen. Here Create Incident as Example
4. On related List UI parameters click on New Button to create the category and subcategory fields as shown below.
5.The form view of the UI parameters will look like below
6. Once you create the UI parameters as mentioned above. Refer below screen for Action parameter mappings.
7. Click on New button to map the UI parameters and data parameters that you created on step 1 and 2 .
8. The form view of Action parameter mapping will look like below
I think the above 8 steps will give you the clear under standing of the UI parameters, Data parameters and mapping.

Dependency Field on Choice list is not working.
I have field Category and Subcategory those dependency field is not working.

Hi @devservicenow k and @Pavankumar_1 hope you can help, I've read through this post and others and am still having trouble getting Incident Category and Subcategory to work correctly on my mobile app form.
When I add a "simple" Choice field (one with no dependencies) to the mobile form, it works no problem. But when I add the Category and Subcategory fields, the field name is displayed but there are no choice buttons to select from (note that in my system the Category field is dependent on another field, and Subcategory is dependent on Category). I've attached a screen print of what my mobile form looks like. All the Choice fields show the applicable choice selections, except Category and Subcategory. And this is on Xanadu!
