Virtual Agent AI Search Message Extension

New in this release, in addition to accessing Virtual Agent in the ServiceNow app, access Virtual Agent in an MS Teams Chat or Channel.  Surface and share AI Search results (Service Catalog, KB, people, etc.) quickly & easily within Microsoft Teams.  Admins enable the message extension feature by selecting the Message Extension checkbox during manifest generation.

Your users can now invoke the VA message extension within an MS Teams chat or channel by clicking your ServiceNow Bot icon below the text box.

 

Embedded MS Teams Collaboration Experience within Service Operations Workspace​​

Notify Connector

Enhance agent productivity with seamless call and collaboration within SOW through Notify call functionality.  Agents  can now call stakeholders from the SOW UI and manage the call without leaving ServiceNow!

Sidebar Chat 

Enhance agent productivity with embedded Microsoft Teams chat functionality in Service Operations Workspace.  Introducing sidebar chat for agents to communicate with requestors, other agents, and SMEs without leaving SOW

In the context of an incident, converse with relevant stakeholders to expedite troubleshooting via Microsoft Teams integration with Sidebar, and import historical chats from Microsoft Teams.  Leverage chat management features in SOW (e.g., favoriting discussions, adding/removing participants, pinning notification pane for easy access)

Employee Center for Viva Connections

Customers deploying the new Viva Connections landing experience that does not require a SharePoint home site.  

Employees can preview their tasks and navigate to Employee Center from Viva Connections Dashboard.
