Approval notification in Teams chat not working

Hi everyone,

I’ve installed the IT Service Management for Microsoft 365 plugin (App ID: sn_now_teams_it) and completed the integration between Teams and the Virtual Agent. The Virtual Agent features are working fine in teams, and the manifest setup was done as per the community video (YouTube link shared below).

However, actionable approval notifications are not working in Teams.
All configurations seem correct, but no approval notification card appears when an approval is triggered.

Here is the sample notification card we expect to receive in Teams.
My instance is running on the Xanadu release.
