Resolved! Architectural design for Microsoft Teams

Hi there, I have a customer that is pretty eager to use Microsoft Teams but their security team is concerned if the integration can expose them in any way.  They are wanting a design.  Does anyone have the basic design we can leverage from?

Resolved! How a record is created in notify_number table?

I found a record in notify_number table with "number owner" field the value "Microsoft Teams", but I don't get it when it was created.  Anyone could help me to understand this?
