Authentication error while integration ServiceNow with MS Teams using Graph API

I have tried to use Create Event API from microsoft to create MS Teams meetings from ServiceNow instance. Though I am able to get the Access Token, I am getting the below error.

I have set the below scope for the OAuth Entity Pofile.

These are the below permissions I have added to Azure App Registration.

Also added the below scope for the client id I am using.

Can anyone guide me if I have configured something incorrectly or is there any other way to avoid this error?

Please check azure side, if there any custom policies for the application.
